🔑 Role Overview

As Team Lead, Web Development, you will:

  • Own the technical roadmap for web technologies to improve performance, security, and scalability
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a distributed web development team
  • Define and implement web development best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment
  • Support QA, test plans, and UAT efforts
  • Implement web translation and localization solutions
  • Act as a hands-on manager by contributing code and guiding project delivery
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and business stakeholders
  • Report directly to the Manager, Web Operations

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

  • Leadership: 5+ years leading distributed web development teams
  • Technical Expertise: 8–10+ years in Full-Stack Web Development and Architecture
  • Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery; frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • CMS & Web Platforms: WordPress, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager
  • Web Migration: Experience migrating data and web applications between platforms
  • Design & UX: Responsive/adaptive design, A/B testing (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target)
  • Analytics & Optimization: SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, GA4, GTM, GSC
  • Methodologies: Agile frameworks, delivery methodologies
  • Communication & Leadership: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design, or related field preferred
