English First is hiring passionate Online English Teachers to teach young learners (ages 4–12) in a fun, interactive, and supportive virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Strong command of English (native or near-native proficiency)
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience Requirements

  • 1–2 years of teaching experience (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) is a strong advantage
  • Prior online or virtual classroom experience is a plus

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours (Part-time or Full-time options available)
  • Classes typically scheduled during evenings and weekends, depending on student time zones
  • Minimum weekly teaching hour commitment required (based on availability)
