Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a care or support worker role is preferred but not essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Experience

  • Prior experience in healthcare or social care is advantageous.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health issues, or elderly care is beneficial.

Working Hours

  • Full-time positions available.
  • Shift patterns include mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
