Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to support Tesla’s mission and goals.
Manage and optimize all aspects of the supply chain operations, including sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials and components.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and motivated supply chain team.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and incorporate them into Tesla’s operations.
