USA Winzons is hiring a skilled and strategic Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our remote-first supply chain processes. This fully remote role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing logistics, procurement, and fulfillment across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics
- Develop scalable processes that align with business growth and remote infrastructure
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and generate improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and company goals
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management
- Strong project management, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems, logistics platforms, and supply chain analytics
- Ability to lead remotely and communicate effectively with global partners
