USA Winzons is hiring a skilled and strategic Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our remote-first supply chain processes. This fully remote role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing logistics, procurement, and fulfillment across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics
  • Develop scalable processes that align with business growth and remote infrastructure
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs and generate improvement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and company goals

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, logistics platforms, and supply chain analytics
  • Ability to lead remotely and communicate effectively with global partners
