USA Winzons is seeking a forward-thinking and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to oversee remote partnership development and engagement in the San Jose area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships that drive mutual growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with key partners in the San Jose region
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership onboarding and activation
  • Monitor performance metrics, deliver reports, and suggest optimization strategies
  • Represent USA Winzons in virtual partner meetings and regional industry events

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client strategy
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM and project management tools
  • Ability to manage partnerships independently in a fully remote environment
