USA Winzons is seeking a forward-thinking and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to oversee remote partnership development and engagement in the San Jose area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships that drive mutual growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with key partners in the San Jose region
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership onboarding and activation
- Monitor performance metrics, deliver reports, and suggest optimization strategies
- Represent USA Winzons in virtual partner meetings and regional industry events
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client strategy
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM and project management tools
- Ability to manage partnerships independently in a fully remote environment
