About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Statistical Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you’ll use statistical methods to analyze data, identify patterns, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making across departments. This position is ideal for someone with strong statistical expertise, a curious mindset, and a passion for solving real-world problems with data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply statistical techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, time series analysis, and experimental design to analyze structured and unstructured data
  • Design and execute A/B tests and interpret the results to guide business and product decisions
  • Develop predictive and explanatory models to uncover trends and forecast outcomes
  • Communicate analytical findings through reports, visualizations, and presentations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, operations) to define KPIs and evaluate business performance
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes for statistical analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in a statistical or analytical role
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python) and SQL
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, probability, sampling methods, and inference
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ggplot2, Matplotlib)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks
  • Knowledge of experimental design principles and causal inference methods
  • Industry experience in domains such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, or public policy
