Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems with programming (Python, R, SQL) or statistical analysis
    • OR 6+ years of experience with a PhD
  • 3+ years of experience designing end-user facing experiments

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience solving product or business problems with analytics, coding, and statistical modeling
    • OR 8+ years with a PhD
  • Strong experience with experimentation frameworks, large-scale data systems, and advanced modeling

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across projects to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and mathematical models
  • Design and evaluate models to solve complex problems with limited precedent
  • Gather and analyze organizational context, goals, and data infrastructure requirements
  • Extract, compile, and validate data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, or R
  • Develop evaluation metrics, methodologies, and tools to support product innovation
  • Influence product decisions through data-driven insights and experimentation results

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $177,000 – $266,000 per year (USA)
