💡 Total compensation includes base salary + sign-on bonus + Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) + full AWS benefits package.

🚀 About the Role

Do you want to help define the future of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Generative AI at AWS?

As a Sr. Worldwide Specialist – GenAI/ML, Data & AI GTM, you will be part of AWS’s core worldwide GenAI Models team. You will help customers build, deploy, and scale Generative AI applications across industries using AWS cloud services and Edge technologies.

This role blends technical depth, business strategy, market development, and executive engagement. You will collaborate with GenAI model providers, ISVs, Edge device vendors, and AWS internal teams to accelerate GenAI adoption globally.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 GTM Strategy & Market Development

  • Develop and execute global GTM plans for GenAI workloads on AWS
  • Conduct market sizing and opportunity pipeline development
  • Identify scalable industry patterns and accelerate innovation

🔹 Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Work directly with startups and enterprise customers
  • Understand business challenges and define scalable GenAI solutions
  • Collaborate with ISVs, third-party model providers, and Edge vendors
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) development and demos

🔹 Technical Leadership

  • Articulate GenAI service benefits to:
    • Data Scientists
    • Engineering teams
    • C-Level executives
  • Drive intelligent Edge optimization and model performance evaluation
  • Support deployment of GenAI models across AWS and Edge environments

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with:
    • Product teams
    • Solutions Architecture
    • Sales & Marketing
    • Professional Services
  • Develop enablement content for field teams
  • Influence product direction based on market feedback

🔹 Thought Leadership & Evangelism

  • Drive industry awareness and education around GenAI
  • Represent AWS GenAI capabilities to executive stakeholders
  • Identify ecosystem opportunities and growth areas

🔎 Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years working with Core Cloud Technologies (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking)
  • 5+ years in GTM, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
  • 5+ years experience in Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Databases, Storage)
  • Experience influencing leadership strategy decisions
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs and release coordination
  • Experience selling enterprise software or cloud solutions
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts to executive audiences
