🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking senior WordPress professionals with strong technical and design skills, capable of handling end-to-end web development projects. This includes system analysis, design, development, debugging, and team leadership in a professional setup.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • WordPress Development: Build, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress, PHP, MySQL, and plugins.
  • System Analysis & Design: Analyze project requirements and design efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small team of developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
  • Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and fix technical issues, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Graphics & UI Support: Possess a good understanding of graphics, layouts, and UI/UX principles.
  • Project Management: Participate in planning, task allocation, and tracking progress of development projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high code quality, adherence to standards, and timely delivery.

🔹 Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in PHP, WordPress, MySQL.
  • Experience with WordPress plugins, theme development, and customization.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Ability to lead small development teams and manage workflow.
  • Good command of English for documentation, client communication, and collaboration.
  • Understanding of graphics, layouts, and web aesthetics.
  • Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and website security.
