We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Sr. UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Stellent IT LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user-centered interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to craft visually appealing and functional digital experiences that enhance user satisfaction.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and user experience process from concept to final implementation.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups that communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality design execution.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
  • Maintain consistency in design systems, style guides, and visual elements across platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
