💼 Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, Web (Mobile Ordering), you will maintain and enhance three critical web applications that power a best-in-class mobile ordering platform used by millions of students.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver scalable, accessible, and high-performance web solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new features and integrations using Scrum methodology
  • Analyze architectural trade-offs across usability, performance, and scalability
  • Support QA, UAT, and post-release lifecycle stages
  • Maintain development standards (code quality, versioning, build processes)
  • Participate in code reviews and architecture design workshops
  • Ensure compliance with PHI/SPI handling policies

🛠 Required Skills

🔹 Core Web Technologies

  • 6+ years with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • 3+ years with React using TypeScript
  • Responsive web development expertise
  • Strong accessibility (WCAG) knowledge
  • Unit testing experience

🔹 API & Networking

  • Integration with third-party APIs
  • Robust HTTP networking practices

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • UI automation testing
