You Will:
• Design programs for product quality and reliability requirements for upstream validation.
• Plan and drive product quality requirement at various product development stages.
• Collaborate and lead APQP, DFMEA, DVPR, DFQ/DFM reviews and validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain to achieve product excellence goals.
• Evaluate performance metrics to diagnose and prioritize issues.
• Contribute ideas and best practices to successful quality gates.
• Facilitate quality resolutions and innovations and continual improvements.
• Document processes and compliance with ISO9001, AIAG/ IATF16949, ISO26262 industry standards.Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in technical – Software Engineer, Computer Science or related field.
• Technical Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with advanced product quality (APQP) experience preferred
• Automotive industry experience preferred around infotainment, integration, ADAS or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge of the full life cycle of product quality gates during product development.
• Practical Problem Solving, DFMEA, DFM, APQP, Lean Six Sigma and ASQ CQA Certifications.
• Exceptional timely communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• Past work history working in Automotive and EV.
• Experience with ADAS, Infotainment or integration is very beneficial
