As a Senior Salesforce Developer at the company, you will be leveraging your 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, focusing on the Salesforce Sales Cloud ecosystem. Your responsibilities include:

– Holding Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification (required) and Developer II certification (preferred).
– Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
– Utilizing your expertise in JavaScript and object-oriented programming (OOP).
– Working with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and at least one of the following languages: Java, C#, or Python.
– Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Git.
– Showcasing experience in working with APIs and third-party app integrations.
– Experience in leading or mentoring software development teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
– Prior experience in re-engineering Salesforce configurations for enhanced workflows.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
– Background in small business finance is a plus.
– Experience with Salesforce architecture design and security features.
– Familiarity with product development lifecycles, including go-live deployments.
– Strong documentation skills and a commitment to technical excellence.
– Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
