📝 Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior React JS Developer to join our dynamic development team at Cognizant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development and be proficient in building scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js. You will work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to deliver seamless, responsive, and engaging user interfaces.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable React components.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into functional interfaces.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across different devices and browsers.
  • Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and backend systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding standards.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with Redux, Hooks, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Next.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL is a plus.
  • Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
