About the Role
AWS Infrastructure Services powers the world’s largest cloud, designing, delivering, and operating global data center infrastructure. As a Sr. Product Manager – Technical (Electrical), you will create and drive next-generation electrical products and distribution infrastructure from concept to global deployment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with advanced infrastructure technologies and lead the product lifecycle, from ideation through wide-scale deployment, impacting AWS data centers at hyper-scale speed. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, build business cases, prioritize roadmaps, and advance data center electrical designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for low-voltage distribution products across AWS data centers.
- Capture customer and internal stakeholder insights to define product requirements and vision.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop business cases, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources.
- Drive continuous improvement in data center electrical designs, providing technical direction to senior management.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from conception to implementation, deployment, and eventual deprecation.
- Develop product features and deployment strategies to enhance profitability and adoption in new use cases.
- Represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy.
- Experience with feature delivery, tradeoffs, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technical decisions.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Ability to represent diverse stakeholders in executive-level prioritization and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or QuickSight.
- Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
- Strong ability to solve complex problems and operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Passion for product development, infrastructure design, and low-voltage products.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges by location:
- Columbus, OH | Austin, TX | Herndon, VA | Seattle, WA: $151,200 – $204,600 USD/year
