About the Role:
As a Sr. Organizational Development Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations align their people, processes, and performance. You will work closely with leadership teams and HR professionals to drive key initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Your expertise in organizational development will help enhance talent management, leadership development, and cultural transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive organizational development initiatives that improve the effectiveness of the organization, its leaders, and its teams.
  • Work with senior leaders to define, develop, and implement strategies for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop succession planning strategies, employee retention programs, and workforce optimization plans.
  • Develop and monitor key metrics to measure the impact of organizational development programs and initiatives.
  • Provide expertise on change management processes and help guide the organization through periods of change.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align organizational development programs with business objectives.
  • Advise and coach managers and leaders on effective communication, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in organizational development and apply them to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related HR role.
  • Proven track record of leading organizational development initiatives and successfully driving change.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, theories, and practices.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
  • Ability to analyze organizational effectiveness using data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Certification in Organizational Development or Change Management is a plus.
