• Administering and supporting the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Intune.
• Managing user identities, roles, licenses, and group memberships using the Microsoft 365 admin center.
• Monitoring and maintaining system performance, availability, and security.
• Implementing and managing security and compliance policies (DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.).
• Providing L2/L3 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.
• Working closely with security and compliance teams to manage data governance and auditing.
• Coordinating with Microsoft support for issue resolution.
• Assisting with migrations, integrations, and upgrades related to M365.
• Staying updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and roadmap.
• Managing the on-premises AD environment (ADDC, RODC, SMTP, KMS, RDS, and Certificate servers).
• Leading, mentoring, and driving the team towards company objectives, with the ability to work under diverse customers and in an enterprise-level environment.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Skilled in using PowerShell to manage Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, and automation of workflows; knowledge will be an added advantage.
• The preferred certifications are: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals SC-900; Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate MS-700; Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert MS-102; Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate MD-102; Implement Information Protection in Microsoft 365 SC-400
