🏢 Role Overview
As a Senior Mechanical Technical Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and deployment of advanced mechanical systems — especially liquid cooling technologies — for hyperscale data centers.
📍 Locations: Columbus (OH) | Austin (TX) | Herndon (VA) | Seattle (WA)
💰 Salary Range: $151,200 – $204,600 USD/year + RSUs + Sign-on bonus
🔧 What You’ll Do
• Define product vision and roadmap for data center mechanical systems
• Lead development of direct-to-chip and immersion cooling solutions
• Translate customer and business requirements into technical products
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams
• Manage vendors and external partners to deliver solutions at AWS scale
• Drive innovation to reduce cost and improve performance & efficiency
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
Required:
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ 5+ years technical product/program management experience
✅ 3+ years experience with rack-level liquid cooling (direct-to-chip or immersion)
Preferred:
⭐ 7+ years experience
⭐ Master’s degree (Mechanical, Engineering, MBA, etc.)
