What You’ll Do
• Design, architect, and implement scalable and maintainable backend systems using Go, Node.js, C#, or Python
• Own and drive key components and services within our BI and analytics product suite
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Engineers to define and deliver impactful features
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the engineering team
• Define and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and responsiveness
• Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following languages: Node.js, Go, C#, or Python
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong grasp of system design, architecture patterns, concurrency, and distributed systems
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
• Experience mentoring developers or leading small teams is a plus
• Comfortable in a product-driven engineering environment with a strong sense of code ownership and quality
Nice to Have
• Production experience with Go is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence/Analytics platforms or enterprise SaaS products
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
