Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Implement enterprise-level solutions within the eCommerce domain.
  • Apply design patterns and software engineering best practices.
  • Develop and manage cloud-based applications using AWS.
  • Work with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
  • Develop and execute automated tests using appropriate test frameworks.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in backend development, including eCommerce domain experience.
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience applying design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience using Terraform for infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Experience with Kafka.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with automated test frameworks.
