Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Fullstack Java Developer to provide technical leadership, design guidance, and mentoring to junior developers. The ideal candidate ensures quality, security, and compliance in software applications while contributing to development, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application design guidance and consultation to junior developers.
  • Mentor and strengthen the team’s knowledge of key software products and features.
  • Offer coding direction and review code for less experienced staff.
  • Ensure program logic integrity by overseeing test data preparation, automated testing, and debugging.
  • Participate in code walkthroughs and technical discussions.
  • Execute and coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for applications.
  • Ensure applications meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with relational databases.
  • 5+ years in application production support.
  • 5+ years of Java/Spring Boot development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Internet security protocols.
  • 3+ years of experience developing RESTful or SOAP web services.
