🚗 About the Team

This role is part of the Enterprise Payments Gateway engineering team within the Digital Products Engineering (DPE) organization at General Motors.

The team builds payment systems for:

• EV charging services
• Digital goods
• Physical product transactions

Their platform supports Electric Mobility Service Providers (eMSP) and helps onboard Charge Station Operators (CSOs) to expand the EV charging network.

⚡ Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design and build end-to-end web and mobile applications for GM’s EV payments ecosystem.

The role focuses on:

• Java backend services
• React frontend applications
• Cloud infrastructure (Azure)

Your work will directly help scale GM’s electric vehicle charging payment platform.

Platform Development

• Build features using Java (backend) and React (frontend).
• Improve GM’s EV charging payments platform.
• Design scalable APIs and microservices.

Platform Expansion

• Accelerate onboarding of Charge Station Operators (CSOs).
• Expand support for new EV charging partners.

Cloud Infrastructure

• Use Microsoft Azure to deploy and scale services.
• Optimize platform performance and reliability.

Collaboration
