Job Description

Company: Pre-seed SaaS startup (AI-driven finance/operations automation)
Location: Hybrid – Chelsea, NY (2–3 days onsite at WeWork)
Salary: $150K – $190K
Eligibility: US Citizens or Green Card holders only

Role Overview

The company is looking for a hands-on lead engineer to make key architectural decisions for their AI-driven SaaS platform. You will mentor the engineering team while actively contributing to design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy systems from concept to production
  • Build robust, secure integrations with internal APIs and third-party software
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap
  • Translate user feedback and product requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL
  • Experience delivering end-to-end functionality from concept to production
  • SaaS startup experience is preferred
