Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to work onsite in Milpitas, CA. This is a contract opportunity ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable, high-impact applications.

You will be responsible for delivering advanced frontend functionality across multiple domains, driving framework improvements, and leading frontend standards across enterprise applications.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications using:
    • React
    • Redux
    • React Native
    • JavaScript
    • TypeScript
    • HTML/CSS
  • Create business, foundational, and platform-based features spanning multiple applications.
  • Design and implement new features across web and mobile platforms.
  • Lead frontend architecture discussions and software standards.
  • Optimize application performance, caching strategies, and server interactions.
  • Collaborate across multiple integrations and services.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
  • Improve development methodologies and engineering processes.
  • Oversee and delegate day-to-day development activities as needed.
  • Contribute to testing, debugging, and continuous enhancement efforts.

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and coding.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • JavaScript
    • React.js
    • Redux
    • Angular (preferred knowledge)
    • React Native
    • TypeScript
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Application architecture & design
    • RESTful APIs
    • HTTP/HTTPS protocols
    • Cross-browser compatibility
    • Performance tuning & caching technologies
    • API development & testing
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Retail industry experience.
  • Mobile application development in retail environments.
  • Experience working with multi-platform ecosystems.
  • Exposure to enterprise application servers and scalable backend integrations.
