🚀 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and Angular, specifically within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain.

This role requires deep architectural understanding, strong UI/UX execution skills, and experience delivering secure, enterprise-grade financial applications.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop secure, scalable BFSI web applications
  • Build high-performance applications using React.js, Next.js (SSR/SSG), and Angular
  • Architect reusable, modular frontend components
  • Convert UI/UX wireframes into pixel-perfect interfaces
  • Ensure compliance with financial security & regulatory standards
  • Optimize for performance, scalability & cross-browser compatibility
  • Integrate secure APIs and financial data services
  • Lead frontend architecture discussions
  • Conduct code reviews & mentor junior developers
  • Collaborate with product, backend, DevOps & compliance teams

🛠 Technical Expertise Required

  • 8+ years in frontend development
  • Strong JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Advanced expertise in:
    • React
    • Next.js (SSR, SSG)
    • Angular
  • Tailwind CSS & Bootstrap
  • TypeScript (preferred)
  • State management libraries
  • Webpack / Vite / Babel
  • Git version control
  • CI/CD pipeline exposure

🏦 Mandatory Domain Experience – BFSI

Minimum 3–5 years in:

  • Banking platforms
  • Lending systems
  • Insurance portals
  • Wealth management applications

Must Have Knowledge Of:

  • Financial data security best practices
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Data privacy & regulatory compliance standards
  • Secure payment gateway / financial API integration

🎨 UI/UX & Design Strength

  • Experience building modern financial dashboards
  • Enterprise design systems implementation
  • Accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Figma / Adobe XD collaboration
  • Clean, intuitive, data-rich interfaces

🌍 Communication & Client Exposure

  • Strong English communication (mandatory)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Experience working in global teams
  • Caribbean financial institution exposure (preferred)
