Job Details

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer / Flutter Development Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise in Flutter architecture, and the ability to mentor development teams while ensuring delivery of scalable and secure mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Lead architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, modularity, and performance optimization.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, OAuth authentication, and third-party services.
  • Ensure cross-platform consistency across iOS and Android devices.
  • Implement secure coding practices and protect sensitive data.
  • Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality mobile interfaces.
  • Monitor application performance, stability, and debugging processes.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of mobile application development experience with strong Flutter expertise.
  • Proven experience deploying apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
  • Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and third-party integrations.
  • Expertise in performance tuning and debugging mobile applications.
  • Leadership experience mentoring development teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
