We are seeking an experienced Power Automate (Cloud) Developer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable automation solutions that streamline IAM/PAM support operations in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Power Automate Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate (Cloud) workflows
  • Build integrations with:
    • Microsoft Entra ID
    • SailPoint IdentityIQ / SailPoint IdentityNow
    • ServiceNow
    • CyberArk
    • Active Directory
  • Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring
  • Optimize workflows for scalability and maintainability

🔹 Identity & Access Automation

  • Translate IAM/PAM operational workflows into automated processes
  • Develop automation for:
    • Access provisioning & deprovisioning
    • Privileged access approvals
    • Password rotation & vaulting
    • User lifecycle and identity governance
  • Build event-driven workflows triggered by logs, emails, or ServiceNow tickets

🔹 Tier 1 Support Optimization

  • Create triage and response workflows
  • Implement decision-tree and rule-based automation
  • Convert manual processes into structured digital workflows

🔹 Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner with IAM engineers, security teams, and service owners
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and audit standards
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and change management artifacts

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power Automate (Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of IAM & PAM fundamentals:
    • Access control models
    • RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
    • Privileged account lifecycle
    • Identity governance processes
  • Experience with at least two:
    • Microsoft Entra ID
    • ServiceNow
    • SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
    • CyberArk
    • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • REST APIs
    • Microsoft Graph API
    • JSON
    • Webhooks
    • Enterprise system integrations
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
