Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise with large language models (LLMs), and the ability to collaborate across global teams to deliver scalable, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, partnering closely with leadership and coordinating with an offshore team of 7 members.
  • Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions for real-world applications, including chat, IVR, and banking-related use cases.
  • Implement Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech pipelines using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Develop and optimize solutions leveraging vector databases and graph databases for high-performance information retrieval.
  • Build, fine-tune, and evaluate transformer-based and neural network models.
  • Integrate AI capabilities using APIs and open-source LLM frameworks.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed AI systems in production environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of programming experience in a relevant language (Python preferred).
  • Proven experience leading complex AI/ML projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with LLM development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • Experience working with conversational AI, speech technologies, or financial domain applications (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps pipelines.
  • Familiarity with vector search, knowledge graphs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Background in banking, fintech, or enterprise AI solutions.
