We are seeking fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a project-based outbound campaign. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Spanish-speaking customers
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or campaigns
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service
- Record call outcomes and update CRM tools accordingly
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet daily targets
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in BPO or outbound customer service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a quiet work environment and reliable internet (for remote roles)
