Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to Spanish-speaking customers
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or campaigns

  • Collaborate with team leaders to meet daily targets

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in BPO or outbound customer service is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have a quiet work environment and reliable internet (for remote roles)
