About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Engineer / Solution Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey. This is a senior, customer-facing role where you’ll partner closely with Sales to guide prospects and customers through complex observability and security challenges.

You’ll be expected to confidently present technical solutions to diverse audiences—from software engineers and DevOps teams to executive leadership and the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to plan, strategize, and execute complex technical sales cycles
  • Deliver high-impact technical presentations and live product demonstrations
  • Own the technical sales process, including:
    • Solution discovery
    • Architecture sizing
    • Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
  • Design and develop custom solutions to address customer requirements and bridge product gaps
  • Act as a trusted advisor on observability, monitoring, and security best practices
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the observability market, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Guide customers in adopting the most effective observability and security strategies using Coralogix

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and security data
  • Experience working with cloud-native environments, DevOps teams, and modern architectures
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Confident presenter with experience engaging audiences from engineers to executives
  • Professional, humble, and collaborative mindset
