Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time Internship / Training-cum-Employment
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (after 3 months of training based on performance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Software Trainee with a strong foundation in Core PHP, MVC frameworks, and WordPress development. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or 2026 graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in full-stack web development and work on real-time client projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain PHP and WordPress-based web applications.
  • Work on front-end and back-end integration.
  • Build and consume REST APIs for mobile or web applications.
  • Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the development team on real-time client projects.
  • Participate in learning advanced PHP MVC programming and modern development practices.

Required Technical Skills:

Front-End:

  • HTML5, CSS3 (Responsive Design), Bootstrap
  • JavaScript & jQuery
  • Basic understanding of ReactJS / NextJS (preferred)

Back-End:

  • Core PHP, OOP concepts
  • MVC frameworks: Laravel / CodeIgniter
  • WordPress CMS development (themes, plugins, customization)
  • REST API integration

Database:

  • MySQLi and RDBMS concepts

Additional Knowledge (Plus):

  • Web performance optimization
  • Node.js / MERN stack basics
  • WooCommerce / Magento / Drupal

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / MCA (2026 batch pursuing or passed out)
  • CS/IT background preferred
  • Minimum 70% academic score

  • Own a working laptop, high-speed internet, and suitable workspace
  • Positive attitude, adaptive, and willing to learn
  • Ready to commit to 3 months of intensive training
