Software Engineer / Java Developer

About the Role:
USA Winzons is seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with strong Java development skills to join our growing technology team. As a Java Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs that support our global products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver quality software
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Participate in system design discussions and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control best practices (Git)

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and REST APIs
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience working with CI/CD tools and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native development
• Exposure to frontend technologies (React/Angular) is a plus
• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
