Software Engineer, GCP Infrastructure

Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer with expertise in GCP Infrastructure to join our Afterpay team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our GCP Infrastructure, ensuring that it is secure, robust and highly available.You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a talented cross-functional team to design and implement our cloud infrastructure. If you have a passion for software engineering and a commitment to delivering quality solutions, then this is the perfect role for you.To be successful in this role, you will have:• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in software engineering, with at least 3 years in GCP Infrastructure• Solid experience with GCP services and technologies, including but not limited to Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions and Cloud IAM• Knowledge of security best practices for GCP infrastructure• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIf you’re a creative problem solver and have a passion for developing innovative solutions, then we’d love to hear from you.
