We’re seeking a mid-level Fullstack Engineer (Front-End Heavy) to help scale a next-generation creativity platform shaping the future of Creative Cloud and Adobe’s Digital Media business.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative product features for the Content Production Engineering workflow.
- Own features end-to-end: from design discussions through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with researchers, UX designers, engineers, and product managers to prototype and build modern web applications.
- Participate in pair programming and peer code reviews.
- Apply practical knowledge of design patterns and scalable architecture.
- Operate and continuously improve systems with a focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
✅ What You Need to Succeed
- 4–7+ years of experience building and shipping production software in a product-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong experience building modern full-stack JavaScript applications:
- Web Components
- React
- ES6
- TypeScript
- Redux / MobX
- Experience designing and owning backend services (Node.js, Java, or similar).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and evaluate multiple solution paths.
- Ability to use sound judgment when leveraging AI-powered coding and automation tools.
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
⭐ Bonus Skills
- Experience working directly with AI/LLM APIs using prompt and context engineering.
- Familiarity with functional programming, state management, and immutability.
- UX design proficiency.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Adobe’s compensation reflects labor costs across U.S. geographic markets.
- U.S. Pay Range: $139,000 – $257,550 annually
- California Pay Range: $177,900 – $257,550
Compensation varies by location, skills, knowledge, and experience. Recruiters will share specific range details during the hiring process.
- Non-sales roles: Base salary + Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
- Sales roles: Total Target Compensation (Base + Commission)
- Eligible roles may receive long-term incentives (equity awards)
