Pay: $76–$82 per hour
Employment Type: Contingent workforce assignment (contract)

Role Overview

This role is for a full-stack software engineer supporting large-scale engineering initiatives. The position focuses on both technical leadership and hands-on software development. You’ll solve complex problems, guide strategic decisions, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives with organization-wide impact
  • Analyze multi-dimensional engineering challenges with technical and non-technical variables
  • Develop solutions for ambiguous or unprecedented scenarios
  • Ensure compliance with engineering policies, standards, and quality expectations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client partners to align on project objectives

Qualifications

  • Required: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Preferred: 6+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Experience working across front-end and back-end technologies (Full-Stack Development)

Compensation & Benefits
