📌 About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team and take ownership of building high-performance, responsive web applications. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to convert designs into seamless user experiences and maintain clean, scalable frontend code.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development of responsive web applications.
  • Build and maintain scalable UIs using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
  • Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into production-ready frontend code.
  • Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to ensure smooth UX.
  • Optimize performance, loading speed, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Write reusable components and establish frontend coding standards.
  • Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of software engineering experience with a frontend focus.
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals: DSA, OOP, Operating Systems, Networking, System Design.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SASS).
  • Clear understanding of SSR, SSG, and frontend performance optimization.
  • Experience with REST API integration, Git workflows, and frontend testing.

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Experience with animation libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred, GCP/Azure acceptable).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments (GitHub Actions, Vercel).
  • Personal or open-source projects showcasing frontend skills.
