Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including analytics platforms and real-time applications

Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications

Design and implement new software features or modify existing systems to improve performance

Debug software, resolve defects, and integrate applications into new or evolving environments

Develop database queries and interfaces for data repositories and analytics systems

Implement algorithms that meet strict system performance and resource constraints

Collaborate with system engineers, hardware engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements

Support testing, documentation, installation, and deployment of software systems

Provide recommendations to improve development processes, standards, and documentation

Lead or support software development teams depending on project scope

Ensure quality control and compliance with development methodologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 14 years of experience in software engineering on programs of similar scope and complexity

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and system design principles

Experience working with large datasets, analytics systems, and algorithm development

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph required
