🔹 Role Overview

As a Front-End Engineer, you will build and scale the web platform with an AI-first approach. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-performance, pixel-perfect, and responsive web pages.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop large features and fix on-call bugs across the platform.
  • Build pixel-perfect, SEO-optimized, and responsive pages from Figma UI designs.
  • Integrate APIs, forms, and analytics frameworks (Google Analytics, A/B testing).
  • Apply speed optimization techniques for high page load performance.
  • Mentor junior front-end developers and provide code guidance.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to enhance UI/UX designs.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

  • 2.5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js / Next.js, Redux.
  • Proficiency in Material UI (MUI) or Tailwind CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, error logging, and form handling.
  • Good understanding of web accessibility, animations, and responsiveness.
  • Strong UI sense to evaluate and implement designer-provided layouts.
  • Solid frontend portfolio demonstrating production-level work.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to tackle basic algorithms and data structures.
  • Good debugging skills and online research proficiency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
