About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer to build and maintain real web applications. This role is ideal for developers who are comfortable working with React + Node.js or PHP, and who can leverage AI tools to speed up coding, debugging, and testing. You’ll work closely with designers, product teams, and other developers to deliver complete, production-ready applications.

This is not a research-heavy role – it’s focused on practical development, problem-solving, and building real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain frontend and backend features for web applications.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools.
  • Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, and testing.
  • Fix bugs and improve existing systems.
  • Collaborate with designers and product teams to implement user requirements.
  • Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality code independently.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in web development.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js + Node.js OR PHP.
  • Experience working with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Proven experience building complete web applications, not just UI components.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools for development and debugging.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

AI Tools – Working Knowledge Required

  • ChatGPT or similar AI coding assistants.
  • AI-assisted IDEs or platforms such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, etc.
  • Ability to use AI tools for faster coding, debugging, and testing.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working in SaaS or startup projects.
  • Knowledge of application deployment.
  • Basic DevOps or cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
