Shipping & Logistics Control Manager (Remote Role)

Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking a highly organized and operations-focused Shipping & Logistics Control Manager to lead and monitor shipping workflows, carrier performance, and end-to-end logistics operations across our remote-first network. In this role, you’ll ensure timely, cost-efficient, and accurate deliveries while managing the systems and teams behind our nationwide shipping infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee outbound and inbound shipping operations across all fulfillment zones
• Manage carrier relationships and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Monitor real-time shipping data and resolve delivery or logistics issues
• Implement and enforce shipping controls, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Track and analyze key metrics (transit times, shipping costs, order accuracy)
• Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service teams for seamless flow

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
• 4+ years of experience in shipping or logistics control roles
• Strong understanding of TMS, WMS, and order management systems
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and vendor management skills
• Previous experience in a remote logistics environment is preferred
