Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer and Trainer to support our team in enhancing and maintaining our IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.

The first assignment will be conducted as a live working session over Zoom, where the developer will assist with application development in a ServiceNow development instance.

Following this initial task, we are looking to establish a long-term partnership for multiple ongoing projects.

Project Details

  • The initial task will involve a live working session via Zoom
  • Work will include ServiceNow application development in a development instance
  • Future projects may be completed independently through secure remote access

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform
  • Build and configure workflows, modules, and automation
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs
  • Support and enhance the ITSM platform
  • Provide guidance or training during collaborative sessions when required

Requirements

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow development
  • Knowledge of ITSM modules and platform capabilities
  • Experience building custom applications and workflows
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations
  • Ability to work independently during remote development tasks
  • Good communication skills for live collaboration sessions
