Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance our IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. This role combines hands-on development with training and guidance, ensuring seamless delivery of custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
This is a long-term opportunity, and we are looking to build a collaborative partnership where developers can work independently on existing projects via remote access.
Scope of Work
- Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and implement workflows and automation within ITSM modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing ServiceNow applications.
- Provide guidance and training in a working Zoom session for initial assignments.
- Support ongoing projects independently, with the ability to deliver updates and enhancements remotely.
Key Requirements
- Proven ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, Custom Apps, Workflows).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Knowledge of Scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
Engagement Model
- Initial Assignment: Working session via Zoom to complete tasks in the dev instance.
- Long-Term Collaboration: Remote access to work independently on ongoing projects.
