We’re seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to own and execute the organic growth strategy for our portfolio of sites. This is a hands-on roleyou will research, plan, and implement SEO initiatives while working closely with our content team and consultants.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value, low-competition opportunities in Home & Garden verticals.
• Build content topic clusters and SEO-driven editorial calendars.
• Create detailed content briefs for writers, including target keywords, structure, and internal linking plans.
• Optimize all site content for on-page SEO, user intent, and conversion without over-optimization.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals, crawl issues).
• Implement and maintain structured data/schema markup for enhanced SERP visibility.
• Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy (guest posts, digital PR, resource links).
• Track performance via GA4 Search Console and SEO tools; provide clear monthly reports.
• Collaborate with social media and email teams to align SEO with Pinterest and YouTube content strategies.
• Advise on domain selection (aged vs. new) based on SEO potential and risk assessment.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in SEO for content-heavy websites (including affiliate and ad-monetized).
• Proven track record of ranking competitive keywords and driving organic traffic growth.
• Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO (or similar).
• Strong understanding of WordPress SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of E-E-A-T principles and how to implement them in content.
• Ability to interpret analytics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Bonus: Experience with Pinterest SEO and niche site builds.
