Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality WordPress products with modern features and functionalities.
  • Maintain high coding standards to deliver scalable, secure, and optimized WordPress solutions from start to finish.
  • Develop custom WordPress plugins or themes to meet specific project requirements.
  • Create innovative solutions with an excellent user experience through research and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and debug any theme or plugin-related issues.
  • Work with WordPress page builders, including Elementor and Gutenberg block development.

Educational Requirements

  • B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering or related field from a reputed public or private university.

Additional Requirements / Skills

Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git.

5+ years of experience in WordPress development.

Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented PHP (OOP) programming.

Solid understanding of WordPress Actions, Hooks, and APIs.

Experience in developing themes and plugins from scratch.

Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript.

Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Familiarity with WP-CLI, WooCommerce, Multisite, and API integrations.
