About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with expertise in WebRTC and AI-powered voice solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing real-time communication platforms that leverage AI for voice processing, transcription, and intelligent interactions.

This role requires a deep understanding of real-time streaming, low-latency architectures, and AI integration for voice intelligence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions for modern web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain WebRTC-based real-time communication systems
  • Integrate AI voice technologies, including speech recognition, TTS (text-to-speech), and natural language processing
  • Optimize low-latency voice streaming for web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with frontend, backend, and AI teams to deliver seamless solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system reliability and performance
  • Research and implement emerging voice AI and WebRTC technologies

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with WebRTC for web and mobile applications
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or other backend frameworks
  • Experience with AI voice frameworks, APIs, and SDKs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment of real-time services
  • Solid understanding of networking, media streaming, and low-latency optimization
  • Ability to architect scalable and secure real-time communication systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SIP, VoIP, or RTC signaling protocols
  • Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI/ML frameworks for voice processing
  • Previous experience building enterprise-grade voice solutions
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for real-time services
