Role Overview

Kajabi is seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to join our Growth Team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This is a strategic position bridging web development and engineering, driving high-impact web experiences that fuel user acquisition, activation, and retention.

As a Webflow master, you will architect scalable, performant web features that directly influence business growth while mentoring junior developers and integrating AI-driven tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Web Innovation: Build and optimize critical web experiences in Webflow, focusing on large-scale functionalities and performance optimizations.
  • Drive Growth: Design, launch, and iterate high-velocity CRO experiments that improve key business metrics.
  • Bridge & Elevate: Act as the link between web and engineering, providing technical leadership, QA, and mentorship.
  • Pioneer with AI: Integrate AI tooling and APIs to automate workflows, enhance functionality, and create dynamic content.
  • Ensure Excellence: Maintain clean, scalable Webflow structures optimized for performance and SEO.
  • Own & Analyze: Scope, execute, and analyze end-to-end web projects, converting data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in full-stack web development with advanced, growth-oriented Webflow projects. Recognized SME in Webflow and full-stack development.
  • Growth Mindset: Proven track record of influencing user behavior and key business metrics.
  • Hybrid Talent: Comfortable across web design, development, and engineering.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript; deep understanding of APIs, React, web performance, SEO, and analytics.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior developers, thrive in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
  • Pragmatic & Resilient: Balance speed, quality, and maintainability; learn from experiments and drive projects forward efficiently.
