Role Overview

Kajabi is seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to join our Growth Team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This strategic role blends web development with engineering to drive high-impact, growth-oriented web experiences that influence user acquisition, activation, and retention.

You’ll lead innovation in Webflow, optimize web performance, integrate AI tooling, and mentor junior developers — all while working on projects that directly impact business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Web Innovation: Architect, build, and optimize Webflow sites with large-scale functionality and performance enhancements.
  • Drive Growth: Design, launch, and iterate on high-velocity CRO experiments to impact key business metrics.
  • Bridge & Elevate: Act as a link between web and engineering teams, providing technical guidance, QA, and mentorship.
  • Pioneer with AI: Integrate AI tools and APIs to enhance website functionality and automate workflows.
  • Ensure Excellence: Implement robust web architecture, optimize for SEO and performance, and maintain scalable Webflow structures.
  • Own & Analyze: Independently scope, execute, and analyze end-to-end web projects to deliver actionable insights.

About You

  • Proven Expertise: 7+ years of full-stack web development, with a strong portfolio of advanced Webflow projects. Recognized as a Webflow SME.
  • Growth-Driven Mindset: Product- and growth-obsessed, with a track record of influencing user behavior through web initiatives.
  • Hybrid Talent: Comfortable working across web design, development, and engineering.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced Webflow skills and custom front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong knowledge of APIs, React, performance optimization, SEO, and analytics.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Experienced in mentoring junior developers and thriving in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
  • Pragmatic & Resilient: Balances speed, quality, and maintainability; learns from experiments and executes with precision.
