🔹 Role Overview

The company is seeking an experienced, highly skilled developer to help finalize and maintain a complex peer-to-peer marketplace platform. The platform includes:

  • Messaging system
  • One-on-one video chat system (WebRTC)
  • Referral system
  • Mobile site compatibility

The goal is to resolve existing issues, ensure full functionality, and maintain high-quality development standards.

🔹 Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and fix current platform issues before launch
  • Ensure mobile site compatibility
  • Resolve WebRTC video chat issues for one-on-one sessions
  • Maintain platform quality with ongoing updates and maintenance
  • Work closely with Front-End developers using Figma designs
  • Implement features or adjustments exactly matching provided designs
  • Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code

🔹 Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in Full-Stack or Back-End development
  • Strong understanding of complex marketplace platforms
  • Experience with WebRTC video chat systems
  • Ability to handle peer-to-peer messaging systems
  • High standard of code quality and reliability
  • Proven track record on Upwork (or similar freelance platforms)
    • Minimum 90% rating
    • Extensive work history with successful projects
  • Ability to follow designs provided via Figma pixel-perfectly
